Participation Terms

By registering for a day to participate at the Market, you agree to these terms:

• SF Arts Market reserves the right to refuse service to vendors and performers based on the goals and focus of the Market. This includes supporting the integrity of the event for Market participants and attendees.
As a Market providing free vending, space and tents are offered on a first come first serve basis. If you arrive late we cannot guarantee your space and tent. Please do your best to communicate with staff if you expect to be late, we will do our best to keep your space/tent.

• Tables and chairs can be rented for a nominal fee. Equipment should be reserved at least a day before your vending registration day.
• Depending on circumstances, Market management may reposition vendors and their merchandise for the best event dynamics.
You agree to fully participate for the duration of the Market, typically 11am-4pm. As circumstances dictate, it will be the prerogative of the Market organizers to adjust hours accordingly. Please discuss any circumstances that may keep you from vending complete hours with the Market staff.
